Mr. Stickler is a registered patent attorney with experience in patent and trademark law, and related licensing issues. His practice is focused on all aspects of intellectual property law including the preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications in medical devices, computers, electronics, telecommunication art, and a wide range of mechanical devices. His experience includes providing patentability, infringement, and validity analyses for clients. Mr. Stickler is associated with the firm as of counsel.
Mr. Stickler has also negotiated licensing agreements of intellectual property rights. His experience also includes representing clients in federal court and negotiating favorable settlement agreements of disputed matters.
Mr. Stickler earned his J.D. degree at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where his studies focused on intellectual property law. Additionally, Mr. Stickler holds a dual Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, having earned a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and a B.A. from the School of Arts and Sciences with a major in Economics and a minor in Mathematics.
