Mirut Dalal is a registered patent attorney and is associated with the firm as a senior associate.
Mr. Dalal has focused on all aspects of intellectual property law including preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications directed to wireless communications, medical devices, computer hardware and software, semiconductors, circuits and Integrated circuits, GPS, cellular Handsets, audio/video compressions, fiber optics and seismic exploration. He has prepared and rendered patent opinions used to counsel corporations in use of their intellectual property and performing due diligence for a variety of functions.
Mr. Dalal is a graduate of University of Texas School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from University of Houston.
