Richard Huang

Mr. Huang is a registered patent attorney with experience in patent and trademark law, and related licensing issues. His practice is focused on Patent Law in the electrical, computer, and mechanical arts. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications for filing, both domestically and internationally, in networks, information/computer technology, telecommunication, graphic user interfaces, medical processes/devices and business methods related arts. He has prepared and rendered patent opinions used to counsel corporations in use of their intellectual property and performing due diligence for a variety of functions. Mr. Huang is associated with the firm as of counsel.

Mr. Huang is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degrees from Rutgers College in New Jersey.
